Vekeriya parivar trust came into existence on paper in 2004.
Thought to assemble vekariya parivar of Gujarat,India and than whole world was in mind of Mr. Shivlal Vekariya long back in 1990-2000 when he was M.P.
Mr. Shivlal Vekariya represented Rajkot in Delhi as M.P. for two terms.
- He is pioneer of kanya kelvani in Saurashtra.
- His thought of gathering Vekariya Parivar came into action in year 2002.
Extensive tours in different villages, talukas, cities, was done by voluntiers and data of Vekariya Parivar was gathered.
In year 2004 data of 2600 Parivar from Rajkot, Surat and Kutch was assembled.
Data was uploaded on internet on website vekariyaparivar.org in year 2009.
Because of limited access of computer and internet in village & small taluka feedback was almost nill.
Now again in 2015 we are coming with newer younger team with vital enthusiasm to spread detail of vekariya parivar across country & world.
